All our products are manufactured to the highest quality, the vast majority in a hi-tech facility in the United Kingdom. As such, unlike most online retailers, we are able to offer you a genuine warranty on all our products. Please contact our sales or customer service team for further information on individual products. All products are warranted against manufacturing defects, except for all moving parts (mechanisms, castors, drawers). LawnMowersWorld reserves the right not to apply the warranty in cases of inappropriate use or when the product has been tampered with by a third party or interventions by non-authorised personal.

LawnMowersWorld has taken every care in the preparation of the content of this website, in particular to ensure that prices quoted are correct at time of publishing and all products have been fairly described. However, orders will only be accepted if there are no material errors in the description of the goods or their prices as advertised on this website. All prices are displayed inclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise, and where applicable. For a VAT receipt please click here to email us. Packaging may vary from that shown. The weights, dimensions and capacities given are approximate only. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on the website. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery.

However, we cannot guarantee that your use of this website or any websites accessible through it won’t cause damage to your computer. LawnMowersWorld shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage which may arise to computer equipment as a result of using this website.

How will we use your details?
About Cookies and the way we use them
We take payment from your card at the time we receive your order, once we have checked your card details.
Fraud checks may be conducted on our orders. This involves checks on details provided during the order process including the address details. This may involve your details being passed to a 3rd party fraud checking company. On occasion we may ask for additional information in order to process your order. We will conduct this process as quickly as possible however on occasion dispatch of goods may be delayed.
Goods are subject to availability. In the event that we are unable to supply the goods, we will inform you of this as soon as possible. A full refund will be given where you have already paid for the goods.
The price you pay is the price displayed on this website at the time we receive your order. While we try and ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.
Title to any products you order on this website shall pass to you on delivery of the products, provided that we have processed and received payment in full for the products.
All prices include VAT (where applicable) at the applicable current rates but exclude delivery charges unless expressly stated otherwise.

Orders placed by phone
Orders placed over the telephone undergo additional security checks once the order has been placed – this is to protect Worldstores and cardholders against credit card fraud. As a result, our cut-off times for next day delivery are one hour earlier than with a standard order placed securely over the internet. Furthermore occasionally we will contact you after a telephone order has been placed to request additional information, such as a copy of a utility bill or other proof of address – until we have this information we will be unable to process your order, and if it is not forthcoming within approximately 10 business days the order will be automatically refunded. We apologise for the inconvenience caused to genuine customers by these important fraud prevention measures.
Credit Card Transactions
All credit card transactions are taken in the UK and our transaction currency is in UK Pounds (£).
All items are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if the goods you have ordered are not available.
You are able to correct errors on your order up to the point at which you click on "submit" or “make payment” on the final page of our ordering process.
Delivery of orders
Delivery charges vary depending on the type of products ordered and the service you select and cannot be refunded. Your delivery charges will be clearly indicated at checkout. We make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated time-scales, however delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors and all goods and products are subject to availability. We will do our best to get all orders despatched as quickly as possible. We have no liability to you for any delay in the delivery of products ordered. You have the right to cancel delayed orders at any time and get a refund prior to the item being despatched. We recommend that you make arrangements for trades people to carry out work on your behalf only after your order has been delivered and checked for damage. If you are purchasing to replace your existing product we also recommend that you do not dispose of your existing product until your new goods have arrived and been checked for damage.
LawnmowersWorld delivery services are only provided to mainland UK addresses. On occasion LawnmowersWorld may agree to facilitate delivery to an overseas destination through allowing a specified shipping agent appointed by a customer to collect goods from our own distribution centre for onward delivery. This is likely to extend delivery lead-times as collection arrangements will need to be agreed on an individual basis. LawnmowersWorld will not accept any liability or consequential costs in relation to damaged, faulty, missing or late delivered goods once the goods have been collected from our distribution centre by the customer's nominated agent. In such instances we strongly advise that full transit cover (for late, damaged, missing goods) is obtained with the nominated carrier and that the nominated carrier is tasked to fully check all goods at the point of handover.
Where LawnmowersWorld are asked to deliver goods into a UK based freight forwarder for onward shipment to an overseas destination (including non-UK Mainland destinations, as well as mainland Europe), LawnmowersWorld will again not accept any liability or consequential costs in relation to damaged, faulty, missing or late delivered goods once goods have been passed to the specified freight forwarding agent or other recipient prior to their shipment overseas. We strongly advise that the UK mainland based freight forwarding agent or other recipient should be tasked to inspect all goods fully at the point of receipt.
Can I pick up my order from your shop/office?
We do not hold stock at our office. All orders are dispatched from our high tech warehouse. Therefore we cannot accommodate pick up from our offices or at our warehouses. Our head office is based in Twickenham, South West London.
Does LawnMowersWorld have a retail shop/store?
LawnMowersWorld does not currently have a retail store. We sell online which gives you more convenience and cheaper prices!
Acknowledgment and Acceptance of your Order
If you have supplied us with your email address, we will notify you by email as soon as possible to confirm receipt of your order and email you again to confirm details. Our acceptance of your order will take place upon despatch of the product(s) ordered.
Changing or cancelling orders
In the first instance please click here to email us with your change / cancellation details. If your order has not yet been received then this will be possible FOC, however if you have received the order and you wish to change / cancel goods we will apply a charge based upon the direct cost to recover and/or redeliver goods. We request that changed / cancelled items are returned in their original packaging.
Any discrepancies must be reported as soon as is reasonable after delivery, preferably within 24hrs. On arrival, if packaging appears damaged it is recommended that this is marked on the delivery note before you sign.
On delivery: Should an item be missed or appear not delivered then we request that you notify us as soon as possible, preferably within 24 hours of initial receipt of delivery.
On assembly: Should a part appear missing from an item please report the item that is missing the part along with a description of part you believe to be missing. In both the above instances replacement goods or parts will be dispatched as soon as possible.
Returns and refunds
Damaged goods must be reported as soon as is reasonable after the delivery, preferably within 24 hours of receipt of goods. Contact us with a full description and photographs of the fault, using our damaged items form. We will contact you to arrange repair, replacement or refund of your damaged items provided you notify us within 14 days of receipt of your items, or if a valid warranty period still applies.
Unwanted goods / wrongly ordered:
In the unlikely event you should want to return an item to us we are pleased to offer all customers our 14 Day No Quibble Refund. With our 14 Day No Quibble Refund you have 14 working days from receipt of your order in which to notify us if you want to return items for a refund. LawnMowersWorld will deduct from any refund the cost of recovering goods from customers. This is typically £40 per item for most furniture items and is the direct cost to LawnMowersWorld of recovering the item. The exact cost will be advised when you arrange your return.
To return an item contact us and we will get in touch to arrange collection of your items.
For reasons of hygiene we cannot refund or exchange opened mattresses or mattress toppers unless they are faulty. You should therefore inspect and test your mattress before removing the packaging. Some mattresses - namely memory foam mattresses - will arrive vacuum packed, please do not open and unroll to inspect if the goods are incorrect. There will be clear identification seen through the packaging.
Items must be returned unused and in a saleable condition, and packaged in their original packaging or packaging of equivalent quality. A completed returns form must be attached to the returned items. If these conditions are not met we may make deductions from refunds to cover the associated costs of processing returned items.Please click here to download our returns form.
When returning items please allow 10-14 days from the date of collection for your refund to be processed. We will send you an email to let you know when your refund has been processed. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment.
We will specify any export restrictions that apply on any of our products on individual product listings. Any export restrictions will also be clearly indicated at checkout.
We are unable to offer a gift wrapping service at present.

Nothing in these terms and conditions shall limit or exclude our liability for fraudulent misrepresentation, for death or personal injury resulting from our negligence or the negligence of our agents or employees or for any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law.
Each of the paragraphs of these terms and conditions operates separately. If any court or relevant authority decides that any of them are unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining paragraphs will remain in full force and effect.

LawnMowersWorld make no representation that any products or services referred to in the materials on this website are appropriate for use, or available, in other locations. Those who choose to access this site from other locations are responsible for compliance with local laws if and to the extent local laws are applicable.

This website, any content contained herein and any contract brought into being as a result of usage of this website are governed by and construed in accordance with English Law. The parties to any such contract agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England. All contracts are concluded in English.
